February 24, 2008 - Founder's Day
Hours: Sunday 10:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Montrose Founders Day celebrates the founding of Montrose on Washington's Birthday in 1913.  Since this date, Montrose has flurished into a strong business district.  Montrose has retained its "Main Street, USA" charm while at the same time has served as the center of local commerce for more than 75,000 residents who call the Cresenta-Canada Valley their home. 

June 7-8, 2008 - Montrose Arts & Crafts Festival
Hours: Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. & Sunday 10:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Glendale's largest public event in its 25th year.  Montrose hosts over 300 artisans and craftsmen presenting a wide range of handiwork.  The event includes a children's activity zone with rides and games, an International Food Court and Live Music.     

July 1, 2007 - Montrose's July 4th Weekend Block Party & Hot Rod Show
Hours: Sunday 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
An Annual Americana Event to celebrate our Independence.  More than 40 Classic Hot Rods will be on display. The event's other attractions include an outdoor barbecue, a stilt walking Uncle Sam, the Montrose Harvest Market and 20 tons of fresh snow for the children to play in.

August 26, 2007 - Kids'n Kritters Day
Hours: Sunday 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
This end of Summer event is dedicated to the children of Crescenta Valley and Glendale Area.  This event includes Rides, games, Food Booths, Magic Shows, Exotic Petting Zoo and the Montrose Harvest Market.

September 23, 2007 - Montrose Invitational Classic Car Show
Hours: Sunday 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
This Invitational Event brings more than 50 Classic Automobiles rarely seen outside of Museums or neighborhood car shows to Montrose for display. 

October 31, 2007 - Montrose Halloween Spooktacular & Trick-or-Treat
Hours: Wednesday 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
This annual Halloween Event provides a safe location for you Trick-or-Treaters.  The activities include Costume Contests for Children and Pets, Carnival Booths, Photo Booths, Magic Show and door-to-door Trick-or-Treating at the stores in the Shopping Park.

November 23, 2007 through December 23, 2007 - Montrose Old-Town Christmas
Hours: Fridays 1 p.m. - 4 p.m., Saturdays & Sundays 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Montrose is a great place to do your Christmas Shopping. Avoid the chaos of large shopping malls come to the haven Montrose has created. Attractions during this event include Antique Horse-Drawn Trolley Rides, Pony Rides, Visits with Santa and Mrs. Claus, Live Christmas Jazz and more than a half million Christmas lights illuminating the trees of Montrose.
